Once you install it, open and select ' Signup'.
It asks for any permission, tap on “allow” Compulsory.
Fill up Member ID filled The Registration Key Printed on MedPocket Membership card.

Fill out all required details, Create & remember your Username, Password and Select City for Future usage and complete registration.
